Top Coat Armor introduces five Terra Pave products for

specific applications, or used in combination.

TOP-SEAL WHITE (TSW) ™ is an environmentally safe, all-purpose liquid soil additive that is mixed with water and used for controlling and managing a variety of soil conditions in many countries throughout the world. When properly applied in sufficient quantities, TSW will effectively prevent base failure, dust pollution, soil erosion, and loss of water from ponds and reservoirs.
TOP-SEAL BLACK (TSB) ™ is an environmentally safe, non-petroleum-based surface coating and cold in-place recycling additive for paved and unpaved roads, parking lots, and airfields. When properly applied in sufficient quantities, a completed application with TSB will closely resemble an asphalt wearing surface at only a fraction of the cost.
Haul Road - Top Seal (HR-TS) ™  is a program using a powerful, environmentally safe, liquid soil binder that permanently attaches itself to dust particles and tightly binds them together. Simply diluted with water in a water truck, HR-TS™ is applied directly to the soil and compacted. An irreversible curing process will then transform HR-TS™ into a permanently hardened soil base.
TERRA FOG ™ is a high-quality, environment-friendly and cost-effective solution for improving performance and extending service life in old asphalt and chip seal
surfaced roads.
TERRA PRIME ™ is an environmentally-friendly alternative to asphalt prime coats. Invented at the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), TERRA PRIME™ offers the most cost-effective and risk-free way to improve highways without sacrificing road durability, quality, or stability. TERRA PRIME™ is an easy-to-use polymer-based emulsion, and it requires no special equipment or handling procedures.
